I had started thinking about selling my property 2 years prior. The original suggested price by another agent seemed high to me. A local contractor recommended Cinda and I contacted her. She set a reasonable price and C secured asking price on my property and was able to follow through with the buying agent who was not forth coming. She helped to find someone reasonable to power wash the property, clean up the outside and then deal with the furnishings that were not purchased. I am not from the area so it was incredibly helpful. I can highly recommend her.

I wish every town had a realtor like Cinda. Not only did Cinda have, and always display, outstanding professional skills but I soon began to admire her as a wonderful human being. Our situation presented extra challenges, multiple owner, half living out of state and the closest living 4 hours away, and the land contained multiple lessee owned residences in addition to the main farm house. This property had become a burden on its owners and did not sell itself. Cinda's enthusiasm never paled and never once did her actions or words suggest that she wished she hadn't taken on this sale. When problems arose that the typical realtor would just report to the owner ( "not my job.
