I had a very good experience using Cimi as my agent to purchase Real Estate on Maui. She was a great mix of accessible but not overbearing, and showed us a nice variety of ocean front condo's to give us a flavor of different areas and resorts. Cimi was able to gather reports and statistics quickly so I could make decisions on ability and history of rent as well as historical pricing. She is very personable and makes the experience of driving from place to place a very fun experience!
