Cielo was very helpful in moving this property to a motivated buyer who would take on the project! The house was a shell in a sought after neighborhood that needed a complete rebuild, and Cielo went to work finding buyers that were looking for a project that wanted exactly that, a rebuildable project house with lots of potential in a great location. She worked tirelessly and was up front and honest about the realistic selling price that the house would bring in it’s current state. Numbers were pretty much spot on and she guided us through the sale so that everything went as planned and on time. Couldn’t be more pleased with her work and diligence in the whole process.
