Cici handled the sale of our home last year and helped find a new home in the area.

Cici was very knowledgeable of the market dynamics regarding homes in our area and price range. She worked closely with us to identify key selling features of our home. Cici is professional, diligent and was responsive to any questions we might have. She always quickly followed up with us after showings to give us good feedback which we found very helpful. We ultimately learned from the buyer of our home that he was very impressed with Cici's knowledge of our home and her ability to answer his questions quickly and efficiently. I believe that contributed significantly to closing the sale. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a first rate realtor when buying or selling a home in the Ponte Vedra Beach area to consider Cici.
