I wanted to write a genuine and helpful review for those who have worked with realtors in the past, with no luck, and wanted to try to do it on their own. Well...let me be the very first to tell you this.... Ciara Babies is NOT your average Realtor. She TRULY cares for her clients with a sincere passion and goes beyond the call of duty for you!!! I am approaching my mid 50's. I am a single woman who earns a decent living - but I do not have millions. I have a grown son with 3 grandchildren and wanted to find my "golden years" home - I found several places in the low to mid $100,000 - we all know there is not a ton of commission for realtors in this range; however, Ciara treated me as if I were one of her million dollar clients. She went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. From brilliant negotiations with the listing agent and sellers to ensuring a smooth closing with the Title Company. At times, her excitement for me....became very intoxicating and her joy was poured into me.
