Chuck was very helpful as I was an out of town buyer and he walked me through the process in TN and provided invaluable resources to make the process go as smooth as possible.

Listening to our wish list, Chuck took us to see many properties for over many months. Being that it was probably the last time we were going to buy a house, we were incredibly focused on the items that were non-negotiable. Chuck remained patient as we tried to find the house. Toward the end of our search, we went in a totally different direction and decided to buy a condo. Chuck was able to quickly change gears and show us new properties. Although he is attentive to your needs, he does not force his opinion on you... we would say he has a laid-back-but-attentive-to-your-needs style of realtor. In addition, he sold our house and we had much traffic as well as receiving a fair price for our house. Our house was in Franklin that he listed and he did a great job even though it was 30 minutes from his office.

Chuck was such a blessing to our whole family, he worked diligently to show us many,many homes that met our wish list. He always answers calls, emails and texts promptly, He made us feel like we were his only client even though I knew we weren't. He showed integrity, a willingness to work hard for us, and he even left a birthday lunch for his wife to meet us on our crazy schedule. Just when I was ready to give up our search he called with an ideal home for us. He said when he pulled up he immediately thought of us. Not only did he find our dream home,and convinced me to look at it, he also referred us to a better mortgage broker, found two contractors who would do excellent work in our remote location, gave great suggestions for expansion and the day of closing was able to get our new home's yard mowed. In our opinion Chuck is the best realtor in Murfreesboro, Christina and all of Middle Tennessee. He went above and beyond being a realtor, Before a long trip, he noted a large welt on our front tire and he even referred our daughter to an awesome job opportunity. Chuck Shaw is the best realtor and was more like a dear friend that we will miss.
