First off, Chuck is a great guy, stop searching. you found your realtor. As a 1st time buyer, Chuck made the whole process much easier than I would have ever thought. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. We had an interesting path, starting with a plan to do a fixer upper loan with a townhouse and ending up with a VA Condo loan. Weather you are trying to get a single family house (we put a full price offer and were outbid) or a townhouse (The bank took it off the Market, after we put in a bid) or a Condo, Chuck is your guy. I will be coming back 100% when I decide to sell or buy again. He will NOT hound you as some realtors do. He has an awesome online notification system of new listings.
