Chuck was patient, highly knowledgeable and responsive to our various requests. He was readily willing to accommodate our hectic schedule in scheduling viewings. It was impressive what he knew—not only about the local market but was easily able to point out various plus and minus of various houses that would an inspector is more likely to know or point out. Chuck’s quick action and excellent negotiation skill helped us find our home into a highly desirable neighborhood for under market value.
