When it came time to sell our house in Spring Hill, Florida, we did not hesitate to engage Chuck to sell it for us. He took a thorough look at our house, did the market analysis, and recommended a price that we were very happy with. He then proceeded to sell the house within 5 days for full list price. We were very satisfied with the pleasant experience and the final outcome in both these transactions. We also became good friends in the process. I can't thank Chuck enough for all he helped me with in the sale of my father's home during a pandemic. Chuck was a true partner that went above and beyond. My father passed away at the onset of Covid and I had to work through (virtually) various legal matters to ultimately sell the home. We had some repairs to make and Chuck helped find vendors, coordinate timing and be there (in my abscence) when the vendor showed for work.
