Any small question was always answered and throughout the whole thing we both felt taken care of and listened to about what we wanted and what was important to us. When we started looking at houses it was With in the first day of looking that they hit the mark on a house we wanted to make an offer on. Which we did. After that they had our best interest in every step not just trying to close but actually caring that we had the house we loved at the deal we could not just live with but feel extremely good about. Chuck and Deborah Morris managed every step of my home sale from coordinating repairs to staging the home. Within a week they had a contract on my home- and when it fell through during the week of Christmas they quickly did a second open house and had two offers in my email on Christmas Eve! From our first meeting, Chuck and Deb laid out a plan to sell our home quickly, for the best possible price. Deborah has a keen eye for design and style and helped us stage our home to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. Chuck followed up with great technological experience and created a virtual walk-thru that allowed potential buyers to see every room and amenity before they even set foot on the property. The Morris’ held open house events and published our sale in several local and national publications and networks. Man, I tell you, they sold our house fast. It could not have been on the market two weeks, and we had several offers and our dear old house sold quickly for top dollar. On closing day, the check was in the bank before lunch. It does not get any better than that! I would highly recommend this very professional team without exception. I only wish we were still local so we could use them as our buyers agent for our next dream home.
Chuck approach seems to be more direct, where Deborah is bit doubtful. Chuck appears more confident. Overall, you do make a good team. Best wishes
