Chuck was very professional and did an excellent job working with my family and myself on my father's estate. He was initially recommended to me by my dad's CPA, who personally used Chuck's services previously. What impressed me the most was the fact that he held 3 open houses in the first 2 months the house was on the market. The house closed in just less than 3 months on the market. He also did a "Coming Soon" before it was initially listed and did a lot of social media. Chuck was very diligent and courteous during our time with him and waked me through anything I did not understand. He gave me advice but allowed me to make my own decisions. He actually caught an error the title company made on the closing statement and brought it to everyone;s attention so it was corrected.
