He got us our asking price and kept in contact not by just coming and bugging he sent emails, which is a lot more convenient in this busy time . Everything could be done on the phone for signing papers and having time to reread stuff . I am very happy with Chuck and he knows his stuff

Chuck Bell did a fantastic job as my realtor. From the day we first viewed the home together he was full of tips to improve the potential buyer experience. The property was priced well and once we had an offer Chuck led me through the process. Communication was outstanding. When I needed a question answered it was responded to ASAP. Frankly, we were apprehensive to sell our home because we had heard others that had bad experiences with real estate agents. However, we could not be happier with our own experience with Mr. Bell. He has so much knowledge about the real estate market that it made our experience very smooth and even to the point of being enjoyable. If a ten were a high performance score--we would rate him at least a fifteen! He expressed to us what we needed to do in a kind way, and to put it mildly--he knew best in every incident. Things went so well that we were able to relax and even have to admit that we enjoyed the experience. There were no "hiccups" because he was experienced and just plain good at his job!!
