The selling of the house was an estate sale. They think like I do which was great! We had a plan and it was executed. I was put in touch with the most professional vendors. Chuck treated this sale as if he was selling his own home. I live out of state and Chuck reported any potential problems with the home while it was on the market before they became real problems. (Weeds, a light bulb out, etc). Chuck took care of some of the issues himself and I was able to take care of the others remotely. I would recommend Chuck.
