Chrisy Tingle arrived at our home on time, and prepared. In a folder, she presented us with recent sales, pending and new listings, and analysis on listing versus final sales price. She had all the information on our home and asked us to validate square footage, upgrades, etc. I have sold four homes and knew, after meeting with her, I did not need to interview any other agents.
