First, she hit hard on the marketing, with a variety of approaches including the back cover of Coastal Point, a beautiful postcard mailing, frequent media advertising and numerous open houses including two Broker's open houses. We felt like some of the open houses would be a waste of her time but she did them anyway. Chrisy was also very knowledgeable, easy to work with, followed suggestions that we made, and was patient with us, even when we might have been unreasonable. We probably drove her a bit crazy during the negotiations on our property. She never made us feel bad for holding our ground on certain things and did not pressure us to drop our price at any time. She just did a great, professional job of representing our side of things, and yet at the same time, gave us honest advice and feedback to guide us in our decisions. With so many real estate agents vying for our business, we are so fortunate to have found her.
