I met Christy through a friend of the family. She is very familiar with the real estate market in Contra Costa County. Although she made suggestions for a sale price of the home I was selling, I wanted to list higher. She remained helpful and patient over the months that the house was on the market. She was in contact with and showed the home to many potential buyers. There were several issues due to the condition of the home. She remained calm and available while sorting the problems out. As time passed I agreed to lower the price 2 or 3 times. It finally sold the house for the amount Christy initially suggested. Thanks for all your help Christy. Lee
