We found a fair price and we were in escrow within days. That is how a good multifamily realtor makes it happen for both parties. Like all housing deals, there were unforeseen hiccups and Christy helped me negotiate them, and handled that for which I did not have time. When the escrow company read something in the news about my company and didn't understand it, she laughed with me as we resolved it quickly.
