I would recommend Christy and her company to anyone. She worked quickly to get all the information I needed. Matter of fact I've bought over 40 properties and this lady provided more information than all the others combined. She was fast to respond. Opened the house up multiple times to inspect. Met the inspectors out at the house. She has followed up after the sale. Without going into detail, I learned at closing from my attorney her company took a loss upfront to ensure the house closed. This was due to the health of one of the parties involved. They where not a company here just to sell you anything to collect a quick commission. They where here to serve both me and the sellers.
