Networked with loan officers, title companies, insurance, and all other things associated with closing so, you don’t have to do tasks on your own. She hasn’t hook ups!! Christy was introduced to us by a happy customer that we happened to chat with a farmer's market. He sang her praises, was very happy working with her, and said we had to give a call. This was the second property we purchased with Christy. She knew exactly what property and neighborhood we were interested in and when it became available, she was on it. She showed us the house via live video and took the time to show us each part of the home in detail as well as answer all the questions we had. Since we use Android, she had to install new software to be able to help us. She was patient throughout and we worked out the bugs. After closing, she facilitated us working with a handyman by letting him into the premises several times to get the place ready.
