I listed my property with Christy Nichols, and she got me the highest $$ amount for my unit at 3158 Watermarke place in Irvine, Ca. The local agents that fish that building had the prices set so low on my unit and actually all the units at Watermarke place seemed like they were very low... We went in and without doing any upgrade just by a little staging and a fresh coat of paint got almost 80K over the other units in the building.. I would HIGHLY recommend her...she was super friendly very attentive and worked great with the other realtors representing there buyers...5 STAR realtor in my book and I Have recommended her to my friends with the same results....you won't be disappointed...
