Christy is really tapped into the local area. She is aware of local housing/community trends. I often see signs for out of town agents who list homes in our area, who may never have been to our town. She provides an honest/accurate estimate of the house so you SELL your house for the best price. I see out of town agents overprice homes (to get the listing) which results in the house sitting on the market for months with multiple price reductions. The seller usually gets so frustrated that they end up having to switch companies/agents. Christy has assisted me in both purchasing and selling homes and each time she has knocked it out of the park. Often times there are complexities in the sale which Christy seems to handle with ease. It is so great to do business with someone who actually understands and cares about the community, her business/reputation and her customers. I trust her completely.
