When my Pop fell ill, my wife and I moved from Texas to help take care of him. We knew that my parents house would not fit both families but it was important for us to be there. We started looking and were immediately overwhelmed by the market. Knowing that this would be our "forever home" we had some lofty expectations. Dealing with Ms Christy felt like working with an old friend. She helped narrow our search, utilized her knowledge of the area, services (inspectors, engineers, contractors) and local rules and regulations, to find the perfect piece of property for our wants and needs. This was not our first home purchase, but it was by far the smoothest and least stressful. Her guidance and advice was sound and we would have been lost without her. She continuously went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor, and always worked in our best interest. Never once did we feel as if she was trying to talk us into a house on a list that just hadn't sold. If a property didn't fit the criteria that we laid out, we didn't waste time rehashing why we couldn't "make it work". We deffinitely feel as though we found a good friend in her through this experience and plan to recommend her to all of our family and friends when they are looking to relocate.
