I am in the house I wanted and, by all accounts, isn't that why you hire a real estate agent? Midway through the process, a friend tell me that the mark of a good agent isn't showing you A house but getting you THE house. Through many months of looking and offers, I'm in the house that's a perfect fit for me and that is, in no small part, thanks to Christy.
