We appreciated Christy’s hard work to help our daughter purchase a townhouse in this crazy market. Christy was super calm and responsive to questions throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to get the closing done even when the seller’s realtor threw a last minute wrench into the works. My husband and I have purchased/ sold two properties with Jeff and now our daughter bought her first home with Jeff’s daughter. Two generations of a relationship with the Joyer Home Team. What we liked the best was the honesty, transparency and personal touch. We are down to earth people and find the Joyer team very comfortable, honest and real. Responsiveness was excellent. Telling us what to expect and keeping us informed every step along the way was excellent. We have worked with several real estate agents over the last forty years and the Joyer team is the one who was the best at making the experience not so stressful!

Christy was very patient with us, Always friendly and knowledgeable. I like how she was flexible on weekends and evenings. Very prompt to answer emails or text messages was very helpful. Thank you Christy we really really love our new home
