When I first met Christy Jiang it was to interview her to be my agent to sell my house. From the beginning of the interview, I felt very comfortable with her. Her personality was very friendly and calming. She explained everything to me beginning with the process of putting my house on the market, presenting it to brokers and the public, to a final sale and the closing procedures. First we discussed if anything needed to be done to the house prior to being put on the market. She then arranged for pictures to be taken of my home and put online. Open houses were scheduled to make brokers and the public aware of my house. Christy always followed up with prospective buyers and agents that had a real interest in my home. Whenever I had a question about the selling process or when and if I needed to lower the selling price, Christy used her expertise to advise me. Since I was out of town for most of the time that my home was on the market, I relied on Christy tremendously. If there was a problem that needed to be fixed in my home, Christy would know who I could call to repair it and, if need be, she would go to my home and be there with the repairman while he took care of the problem. Many times I thought "how can I do this without Christy"? I definitely recommend Christy to anyone interested in selling their home.
