We were in search for a new home for nearly 8 months, placing multiple offers on homes but getting nowhere. After poor experiences with several realtors, we stumbled across Christy’s name in a neighborhood Facebook group. I left Christy a voicemail and she called back right away! From then on out, Christy stayed in constant contact with us. She was able to pick up on what we were looking for right away, and had keen insight to help us steer clear of potential “money pit” homes. After searching for what seemed like forever with a different relator, we were referred to Christy from a family friend. We were really optimistic due to our previous experience, but Christy literally was our night in shinning armor! After looking at all of the houses she was sending us, speaking with her regularly, we decided on new construction. This was a really difficult task of course due to the low inventory on the market but Christy found us a house in an area we absolutely loved. She was fantastic and answering all of our calls, texts and messages right away ( even when she was on vacation and absolutely did not have to ). We are from out of state and Christy went to our house, took photos for us and gave us some of the best advice when it came to buying a brand new house. We would never have been able to go through this process without Christy and we are forever thankful for her hard work, consistency, knowledge and experience.; this all has lead us to become Floridans in an area we would have never know about if it wasn't for her!

From start to finish, Christy was absolutely amazing to work with during our home sale experience. No detail was missed as organization and communication were impeccable. Christy took on challenges that came her way with grace and always told us "Not to worry! I got this!" and it was true. She was always one step ahead and thorough so that we were prepared for any questions that might come up. All of this is wonderful, but perhaps the best part was feeling like you are her only client. Christy’s professionalism and market knowledge was outstanding. She worked hard and took the time to figure out our wants and needs and didn’t just try to push us into a house that wasn’t a good fit. In this housing market I think that would have been easy to do but you could tell that she cares to much. My mom is moving down to FL and have already put her in touch with Christy

Christy knew the market. She helped us with the right offer for us to make and our offer was accepted at lower then we had hoped. She continues to this day to help us find vendors to paint, Refinish floors and install AC. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
