Christy Grifaldo and Grifaldo Properties were the property manager for our home in Jacksonville for 5 years. During that time they were very attentive and took great care of our home. They sent us regular updates on the condition of our home and also took care of the needs of our tenants. We were very impressed by Christy and all her staff. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our house was well taken care of. When we decided to sell our home this Spring, Grifaldo was a natural choice. Christy was again such a joy to work with. She communicated well on all the different parts of our home sale, listened to our preferences, and gave great counsel. Her listing of our house was well done and we had offers within the first day. The whole process was well taken care of. We highly recommend Grifaldo property! I wish I could take her with me to our next location for renting or purchasing a home!
