She handled all of the paper work flawless and explained everything on a level that I did not have any problems understanding. We completed the work on the house and Christy made her review of the property. The decision was make that the property was ready for listing that afternoon. The next day before noon she called and advised that she had received offers on the property and that one of them was very good and she wanted to come by and review. She did and we agreed that we would accept the offer. It was for the asking amount. Christy has a few details to work out and she did. The property went into escrow and closed on May 17, 2022.
