When we first contacted Christy she told us to wait 30-45 days for the market to hit the top. I was not sure but boy was she right. We got a full price offer the first day of listing. The Degenhart team (Christy/Whitney) was fantastic! Our journey started out of state, and Team Degenhart work with us for months; communicating properties & trends. Our visits to the area were well planned, as far as homes to view, which was tougher due to COVID. But Team Degenhart worked with us and the sellers. We found a new build that wasn’t going to be listed until completed in about 3-4 months. They got us in to see it, and we were in contract that day! That’s when Christy and Whitney really shined! No stone was unturned! The communication was timely and informative, but not overbearing. The home buying process had no surprises because they let us know what to expect next. They further introduced us to local favorites and provided a list of utility and other home options. Coming from out of state, we were not familiar with some of the hone features, but they were! And they were proactive in explaining the features pros and cons, as well as inquiring with the builder about their development and specs.
