Christy and I have been friends for many years. When we found out my husband got a promotion and that we would be moving back to the triad area from Jacksonville, NC, we know we would definitely be using Christy as our realtor. Christy would go view houses if we were unable to drive up, she was available on the days we would make the 4 hour drive to look at houses, and she was always available by phone or text. When we found a house and made an offer, the sellers kept sending counteroffers. Christy was able to negotiate the deal and get us under contract. She also got all our inspections lined up the same week. We definitely recommend Christy if you are looking to purchase a house.
