Christy Buck provided my family with invaluable service with the recent sale of a home. She walked us through the process from beginning to end. She guided us in preparation, listing, sale and closing. Her experience and professionalism make her an excellent choice of a real estate agent.
Christy did a great job. We told her we were ready to sell and she got it done very quickly. Christie was always available to answer questions and guide us along the way. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs. Thank you Christy.

Hi Everyone, I would like to share my experience with Christy. Due to medical issues I needed to sell my home as soon as possible. A friend recommended Christy Buck and Lepi Reality. Upon making contact with Christy she quickly made arrangements with her associates to make some pretty major changes and repairs to my home and listed it on the market. In a little over 90-days the changes and repairs were completed and we were under contract. Christy, Lepi Reality and her associates went above and beyond normal practice in selling my home. Thank You again! Dale
Christy is very helpful when it comes to working with her! She always goes above and beyond to provide you with all opportunities for you! She works day and night to provide you with the best experience possible and doesn’t stop until the client is happy!

Christy was great to work with! Gave great recommendations on what to do to the home to get it where it needed to be. I’m thankful to have had Christy through this experience. Best realtor in Muskingum County.
Christy is the best. Highly recommend her. From the beginning to closing she keeps you informed and takes care of any issues. Even after closing she makes sure you have everything you meed and if not will refer services to you that only she trusts.
I’ve worked with Christy twice now, she helped me find my house and she’s the best at it, her priority is helping you find the house of your dreams, she’s very honest about if the house will meet your expectations or not and she keeps in touch even after the sell to make sure everything is good. A year later, due to personal reasons, I decided to sell my house and she has been the best at it, very communicative, fast responses and she’s always there to make sure that you are taken care of. I would recommend working with her without any hesitation.
Christy was very helpful during this whole process. She was always on top of things and letting us know what we should do and what to expect. She made the house selling venture an easy one.
Christy is the best! We’ve used her twice now and couldn’t imagine it any other way!
