Christy is the best. I PCSd in and was given her number from a coworker. I messaged her with no notice and was talking to her on the phone within the hour and getting pre approved that night with a lender. I was seeing houses within 2 days and we closed in less than 3 weeks! I’m new to the area and she told it how it was. She was willing to be as hands on as I wanted and I wanted all of her knowledge and input. She helped with location, resale value, market prediction and all the things people look for that I don’t necessarily care about. Christy put up with all my questions and uncertainty with grace and professionalism. She got me a below asking offer with a lot in closing costs and great concessions added on at closing. The house even appraised for 15k less giving me equity before I got the keys! She had great personality and energy that really made the monotonous task of looking at houses over and over feel less like a chore. She got me housewarming present and she had a cleaning crew at the house when I pulled in for the first time which was amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her myself again!
