This would have been the biggest flop I’ve ever experienced while buying or selling a home if it was not for Christy’s market expertise and unparalleled professionalism. Due to the contract issues we experienced, we moved out of town just days before the original closing date that was tailored to the buyers. (I get it not their fault everyone has life to deal with) I was extremely nervous about this. The date of closing kept getting pushed back and eventually the buyers agent stopped any relevant correspondence, if any at all. Their demands were piling up to the point I considered not selling entirely. We were starting to worry we would be going back to the market or reviewing renting options. It is only because of Christy’s persistence and commitment to excellence that we finally closed at a fair price almost 1 month after buyer agent delays, that unfortunately cost the buying party more money. THIS is only money we would have lost and we were already at our bottom line for selling. Christy had nothing to gain from fighting for us. Any other realtor could have kept us in the dark… taken their commission and ran. Not Christy, she refused to sell until the wrongs were made right. Even when we were exhausted enough to just get this over with. Anyone can go get a realtor license and make a commission or two. What Christy has as a realtor is not something that is trained or taught. It’s rare to see someone who holds their morales higher than a paycheck. I would/will whole heartedly place my trust in Christy again. Moves are tough and expensive, we are extremely lucky to have Christy on our team. She will truly keep your best interest on the forefront of your transaction and wont quit fighting until it’s over. 100 out of 10!!
