Hi - I'm David. I'm originally from Northern Alabama (Florence/Muscle Shoals if you're into music). I graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2005 and a couple years later relocated to Naples, Florida to be closer to family. In 2016 I met my now wife Katie who is from Columbus. This led me to explore central Ohio and fall in love. We decided to move this beautiful city in 2022 and could not be happier! I started working with Bridgid and Robert after they expressed a need to have someone work in an assistant/operations role and have loved ever facet of the real estate world. I acquired my license in 2026 and am now ready to help folks find their next dream home, investment, or move forward with any stage of life!
Professionally, I have spent the majority of my career in operations and sales leadership & development. I worked in the wireless industry as an analytics person - finding new ways to report data for productivity and drive efficiency at the store level. I then moved into retail leadership, ultimately leading back to a large scale operations role. I then found joy in managing operations for a small local business for a short time before landing at a mental health software company as an account representative. Shortly after moving to Columbus a business opportunity of a lifetime became available and we purchased Buckeye BrewCraft, a retail store in the Northland area specializing in beer, wine, mead, cider, seltzer, and kombucha making!
Personally, I am a massive soccer fan (yes, GO CREW!). I love college football, and while I support OSU....I have to say ROLL TIDE. I am a muscle car fan through and through and you will hopefully see me around town in my Mustang.
Lastly, but certainly not least, I am a lover of people and animals. I believe so strongly in supporting the rights of individuals and standing for their beliefs. I am passionate women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, and lifting those up wherever possible.
