I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris with sale of our home in 2022 and now the purchase of our new home in 2024. I’ve known him for several years as a personal trainer and workout buddy. He is absolutely amazing with all the effort he put in to help us find the house we were looking for. The nonstop texts or phone calls I sent him for advice or instructions never went unanswered. Chris made sure our inspections were completed correctly and the sale price was fair. Many times I contacted him either stressed or confused on what steps needed to be done yet he took the time to walk me through it all! I can’t recommend him enough to everyone I know. Chris was such a huge help in our home buying process! My partner and I were first time homebuyers and didn’t know much about the buying process. My second experience as a seller with a realtor. Realtor Chris has world class customer service! To start, Chris sent email reminders to let me know he was ready to help me sell. His emails included a Homebot report detailing the market and the estimated value of my home. Chris' communication skills are world class! For example, if I asked him why the same floor plan unit in my complex sold low or high, he responded quickly and detailed, saying things like "the unit sold on the high side because it was 85% renovated" and also described the renovations. His market knowledge and professionalism also world class! I had many questions and he answered all them thoroughly and in detail. All telephone conversations with Chris were lengthy , one of them almost reaching an hour long! He had a lot of energy to answer all of my questions throughout the sale. Some minor repairs were needed prior to the sale and since Chris has a strong background in construction, he was very helpful recommending me what to do. Thank you so much Chris for your time, energy and professionalism to help get me through the sale process smoothly and efficiently.

Chris is not your average realtor, he goes above and beyond for his clients and will do anything he can to be of assistance throughout the buying process...and post close. Relocating from out of state to the Phoenix area was challenging in itself, but Chris helped simplify everything by keeping me in the loop as well as providing me as many resources as possible. Originally, I planned on renting this first year here, but ultimately decided on purchasing, which was the best option. I am a combat veteran first-time homebuyer and using my VA home loan was a breeze with Chris helping find a lender who was certified in working with these type of loans. I chose to purchase a new build...and although it's had its ups and downs, I am happy to be in a brand new home with my fur babies and start Grad School at ASU this Fall! Forks up!
