Chris just helped me buy my first house! He was great, we went to 15-20 houses before he told me I should try expanding my search radius- as soon as he did I found my perfect house. He answered every question I had no matter how big or small, he worked around my schedule to show the houses and he got me a fair price on my house. When we put our house on the market we did not think we would be able to sell our home for what we asked for it. When Chris came to our house, he was very positive he could sell the house within a week of listing. We were in contract within 5 days of listing! He hired a wonderful photographer that sold the house on its own. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and always available when we needed him. He walked us thru every step and made home selling seem easy. We will never use another realtor again.
