Chris helped with putting the house on the market. The pictures were taken on a particularly snowy day and he made it in along with the photographer. He walked me through setting up the lock box and how to use it so I felt confident of my safety. He brought in booties and signs to help protect my property from the elements. He answered any questions I had about the market and the process of selling a home as I had lived in my home for many years. He showed me a number of properties to purchase from Westminster to Littleton. He was always on time to the showings and had all the pertinent information about each home. All the properties I viewed for purchase were HOA run properties. He was able to give me information regarding the surroundings in different areas and any commutes I might need to make to get to family, friends, and businesses. He would tell me if he thought a particular property was valued correctly or if it was too high given the current state of the property. It was a decidedly different market that my home sold in than even just a year prior he said. The first offer on my home fell through, but he kept reminding me that my property would sell and it did! We kept in communication mainly through texts and some phone calls. I would highly recommend Chris as a realtor for both selling and buying.
