Chris exceeded all of our expectations on what to expect when dealing with a realtor. You could tell throughout the entire process that he truly cares about his clients and wanted us to love the house we ended up purchasing, not just to purchase the biggest or highest priced house. He was honest with us when he thought houses wouldn't be the best fit for us, and offered advice on things that could be fixed quickly with others. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even while on vacation!) and made the process a lot easier and less stressful than I had always been told buying a house would be.
