Christopher is a very knowledgeable and hard working agent. The type of person you want in your corner when selling or buying real estate. Hard working, ethical and intelligent agents like him are very hard to come by these days and I would highly recommend using him and his company.
I did my house hunting with Christopher while here on a visit and landed a job at the same time. Christopher understood my time constraints and scheduled showings back to back for me. Everything he showed me met my requirements and when it was time to put an offer in we got my first choice and terms and everything came through accepted after minimal (and efficient) negotiations. Being new to the area, it was great to have someone so friendly and understanding showing me these potential homes and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Very responsive to every little question I had and was also quick to find out answers for information he needed the seller for. I had my appraisal and re inspection while I was out of town packing for the move, and Christopher handled everything!!! 10/10 recommend!
Chris went above and beyond, even picking me up and driving over an hour to take me to see several properties. He worked hard on my behalf when negotiating contracts for me to get the best deal possible. Always answered the phone when I needed to ask any question and on top of all that he gave my family a gift when I finally got into the house. I will never forget how much effort he put into getting my family the best possible deal. An amazing person with knowledge and professionalism in his field.
