This was my first experience working with a realtor and I hit it out the park with Chris. I admired and appreciated Chris' openness and transparency in assessing all of my properties, not just the one he sold for me, to help me determine the best course of action to take. Regarding the property he sold for me, Chris kept me informed of the process throughout. He gave me his expectations for the property and worked tirelessly on advertising and contacts to help get the property sold. A couple of times he recommended some price changes based on the market and I trusted him completely to make those changes and it helped get the property sold. Though I sold for less than the original listing, Chris made sure that I had an excellent offer that I did accept. My original contract with Chris was for six months. When we started, it didn't seem as if the property would sell within that time frame which was ok since Chris had spoken with me about that possibility considering the market. However, Chris' tenacity and determination and connections held true and the sale was completed within 6 months. Chris is a consumate professional who not only would I recommend to everyone, I would also hire him again if another real estate opportunity became available. In addition to his professionalism, Chris is very dedicated, often using personal time to get the job done. During our work together, Chris had a very serious medical situation. Not only did he inform me as he would be out of the office for a while for recovery, but he started contacting me before his recovery was complete because there was movement on my property. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Once again, my experience with Chris was excellent from beginning to end. He knows the market and business and will advise you well. I overwhelmingly recommend him!
