Began with an initial meeting on a Monday with Christopher and the very next Monday had a tour with 2 more scheduled for that same week. Christopher invited me to conduct the first tour in order to hear my specific knowledge about my property. The person was not only enthused but made an offer immediately after that tour on that day. So, needless to say, I was very impressed and appreciated Christopher bringing me the client that bought that day. I had no time to even consider regrets or question my decision to sell. The whole process was 7 days! The drone tour was also amazing and showed the venue and apartment in a perfect professional presentation.
