And I've worked with several very professional agents in CA & NY who always responded quickly, negotiated like champs and went on and beyond. Something about Christopher sets him apart. None of his promises were empty, and is charm is genuine in that his job didn't end at the title company. Christopher suggested I could negotiate a much better price on the older house I loved should I purchase it 'as is' and do the repairs myself. He assured me he knew the best people for every fix. He did. He does. Everyone recommended has done a stellar job for a fair price and the place is becoming move in ready much faster than expected. As a single woman in a new city that's a rare occurrence. There was a major and quite unexpected kerfuffle in New York that delayed a promised payment for weeks. (Thanks Woodstock Building Dept) (sarchasm). Christopher navigated through it by communicating so well that I didn't have to get an expensive bridge loan. Very grateful! Luck got me Christopher Ried. I could not have asked for better experience in purchasing a home in Arizona. Christopher is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He knows his inventory and his area very very well. Anything that I needed he was able to do for me.

I have to admit, I was not the easiest client and my situation was somewhat unique. Regardless of my difficult situation, my pickiness, my indecisiveness and having Christopher drive ALL over Arizona, he was patient, kind, diligent and sensitive to my needs and situation. He found creative ways to help me sell my previous residence. Then he was so patient and creative when it came to finding a new one for me to purchase. I had limited options toward the end of our time working together but Christopher pulled a miracle out of nowhere, just in the nick of time. It could not have been a better match for me. I dealt with other realtors in the past and not one put in nearly a fraction of the soul, effort, dedication and hard work that Christopher puts into his work. He truly listened to me and my needs. In the end, and still to this day, I am living in my perfect home, thanks to Christopher. I can't thank him enough. I highly, HIGHLY recommend him, you will not be disappointed. Christopher Ried is a phenomenal realtor who understands the Tucson market. It didn't matter to Chris that I was searching for a home out of state - he was always on board with exploring a new direction whether it be a different neighborhood, home style, layout, etc. I had tons of questions throughout the process as a first time buyer and Chris tackled each one with ease.
