Chris is the only reason we are investing after the first property we bought from him, in 2014. He is extremely knowlagable about all of northern Colorado and about every neighborhood. He is able to tell you when the neighborhood is built and about the builder. Hands down the best! I can not imagine using a different / better realtor!!!!
Christopher was amazing to work with and made our house buying process so easy. We were in another state when we bought our house in Colorado and as stressful as that can be Christopher made it work. Him and his assistant Tracy were very quick to respond to calls/emails, and always kept me updated on how things were moving along. I friend recommended him to me after her experience and I will be sure to recommend Christopher to others.
