Chris helped us purchase our very first home. He is tentative and really wants you to love the home you choose. Luckily it only took us three weekends of find the one we loved. We were very comfortable with his knowledge regarding the area. The previous home owners didn’t have time to properly clean the house before they left, so Chris made it a point to outsource a maid to have it cleaned for us - at no extra cost. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement.
I went into the process thinking it was going to be absolutely miserable. After asking me a few questions and showing me a few properties online, he knew exactly what I was looking for.
