My husband and I worked with Chris and he found us the home of our dreams. I had been on the search for the mid-century modern house big enough to start a family and my husband was looking for more space and a work area for his job- Chris showed us a ton of places, answered emails at night and gave honest feedback about the area and the pros and cons of the different houses. The owner of the house that we ended up purchasing was not incredibly eager to sell- it was actually a pocket listing. Chris negotiated a great deal for us in an up-and-coming area and before we knew it we were closing. I can't say enough good things about Chris.
