Well I’ve got to say, he’s a very amazing man. Knowing that my mom’s house was in a trust Chris knew exactly what to do. Chris shows patience, professionalism, honesty and integrity. Chris was great. Selling my property was potentially very tricky because I co-owned it with my sister and we don't get along. In addition to the normal tasks an agent performs in selling a property, Chris had to keep communications moving along involving two people who won't talk to each other. It was never a problem. We got three offers the first week, two of which were above asking price. We accepted the high offer and closed escrow in 25 days. The sale could not have gone any smoother.
