How do I even start to describe working with Chris? We have a realtor in the family and we chose to use someone closer to the area we were moving. I am over the moon with the experience we had with Chris piercy. He is so hard working and so diligent in what he does. Honestly, I've never seen a realtor with this much passion. He truly loves what he does and he shows it in his efforts. From day one explaining all of his packages and what he does with each of them. I've never seen a realtor use social media the way he does. He posts on every page he possibly can, he advertises every day, he goes above and beyond. Our house was on the market 11 days before it was under contract. He does a thorough walkthrough and tells you small things you can do to sell your house. We also had the pleasure of having Chris as our buying agent. His negotiation skills are amazing. We had a house we were countering on and he made sure that we got everything possible in the negotiations that were fair appropriate. I won't lie, there were days that I called him crying with the sale of our home. It was very stressful on my end with six kids and trying to pack. But he made sure he gave us ample time for showings, and was willing to just be there as an ear. Chris truly became more than just our agent through this whole process. He became a friend. I will recommend Chris piercy to anyone I know looking for a realtor in the future. Anyone that works with him is truly lucky.

Chris was a phenomenal realtor and not afraid to help with almost anything. Couldn't have done this house hunt without him. He's always wanting to get the seller or buyer the best deal for them but also honest enough to tell you like it really is. I'd recommend working with him to anyone.

I live in NH and come to Illinois for work every other week for the past couple of years. My husband and I decided to move so I both of us weren’t traveling all the time. January of this year we started looking at listings, and I scheduled to see a house in person. This is where I met Chris, and was immediately impressed with him. I have never bought a house before, and only had my husband on face-time to help. Chris was very knowledgeable, honest, and pointed features/issues out to me, that I would of never been the wiser. We didn’t go with that house, but Chris had texted us other houses later that day. He sent us houses that had the features we were looking for. Even though he wasn’t our real estate agent. Chris took us on other house visits, to we found the right one. Which only took us a total of seeing 3 houses. Chris is hands on, not pushy, and so great to work with the entire time!!! Today is the closing of our house, and my husband is meeting Chris for the first time. My husband was immediately impressed, and loved Chris. I can’t highly recommend Chris enough!! If you want someone who listens, responds in a timely manner, and continues to build relationship with you…call Christopher Piercy! He is a rockstar!!!! 200 stars!!!

Christopher was 15 out of 10 due to his customer service! I was looking for several months and as a first-time home buyer, I didnt know what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and he was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he had learned about me.
