About Christopher

As a full-time real estate professional I find it very easy to establish an immediate rapport with my clients by being more interested, than interesting. Listening is a necessary skill that I focus on daily with every opportunity and conversation. I also enjoy giving back to our community and being a positive influence with friends, families, and the organizations with which I spend time. These collaborative relationships also provide continuous opportunity to ‘talk’ real estate and stay engaged with the market. Working tirelessly to find the right home for my Buyers and closely engaging with my Sellers to ensure their home is ready for the current market cycle are both of utmost importance. I focus on maximizing all resources, staying abreast of ever changing market trends and financing solutions while ensuring my clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. My friendly approach allows me to have open, to-the-point conversations with potential and existing clients, thus providing personalized service to all, regardless of which side of the transaction we are on. Outside of my professional real estate role, I’m involved with the local school district #206 as a part-time bus driver and athletics coach, the local Elks Lodge #1685 as an engaged volunteer and simply enjoy making the lakes area a better place for all to live, work and play. In addition to my 15 year real estate career, I have a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Marketing minor from Denver University. Prior business ownership of an advertising and marketing firm and a current property management operation bring direct benefit to my real estate clients. The competitive edge that I bring to the negotiations process is rooted in a successful youth and Division I NCAA ice hockey career. A career that included participation in the NCAA Frozen Four Tournament, an NCAA All-American honor and being drafted by the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League.
