Chris and Dale father and son were an amazing team to work with. They each have their expertise and so it is getting two great supports in one. They are extremely responsive and work on your time. I always felt they were fighting for us. We had them looking at many different properties with us. I don’t know any realtors that will do that. Usually others have just told us to go look. Terry and I cannot thank you two enough for everything you did to help us get our home.

Christopher, along with his dad, helped me avoid a foreclosure or deed in leu this week by getting my short sale accomplished in record time. He was on top of everything from the very beginning making sure everything required by the lender was done ahead of time. If he didn't have any experience with short sales prior to this, I could have been fooled. He found a way to make an extremely frustrating and stressful situation (caused by me) turn out to be very positive, at times even being willing to lose some money on the deal to keep everything on track. I could not have asked for better communication, and his willingness to explain and ability to educate me through the whole process was much appreciated.
