Christopher did a great job both helping us buy our house in Lakewood as well as selling it for us 7 years later. Unlike a lot of Realtors we have worked with in the past, he quickly zeroed in on what was important to our family and then worked hard to make that happen. He was very pragmatic and practical in his advice. His advice about resale potential when be purchased proved 100% when we went to resell it. We were glad we had listened and forgone some upgrades that would not have paid off. He was prompt, professional and focused on what mattered during the transaction and encouraged us to focus on our priorities and not let short-term emotions cloud the process.
